Account Deletion Policy

You can request deletion of accounts you created on our Platform (created using either Web dashboard or Shutter App mobile apps).

To delete your account, email us to support@theshutter.app from the address you used to create your account. Once we receive the request, we will initiate the deletion of your account and related data, including information about photoshoots you hosted and photos taken as part of those photoshoots. If you are a paid subscriber, we will cancel your subscription as well and delete all saved payment methods.

But please note:
  1. there might be some latency in deleting this information from our servers and backup storage;
  2. we may retain this information if necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
